Description
This activity is only offered in French.
Treat yourself to a moment of family relaxation in the heart of nature; a gentle, immersive activity to reconnect with your environment. Discover the benefits of guided forest bathing, where you'll learn to listen, smell and observe the world around you, while learning about ornithology.
Along the way, take part in sensory games, create land art and explore a discovery table featuring natural artifacts like feathers, stones and other forest wonders.
To cap off this nature escapade, enjoy a comforting hot chocolate. Each participant will leave with an original mini guidebook to continue this connection with nature at home.

- Participants must be at least 6 years old.

Good to Know
- It is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes early so that the activity may start on time.
- The activity will take place with or without snow! Trail conditions permitting, a ski excursion (as well as a short introduction) will take place. To make the most of your activity, please dress for the weather.
- Some parks are large and have several entrances. We recommend making sure you enter the right address in your GPS to get to the right location.
